How do I find my size?
Our unisex t-shirts have a relaxed fit (wider bust & longer sleeves), and are slightly longer than an average t-shirt.
#Blockchain men - unisex t-shirts are true to size, so order your usual size
#Crypto ladies - unisex t-shirts are generally fitted for men, so consider ordering 1-size down for a flattering fit.

What are your t-shirts made of?
We use Airlume cotton for all our t-shirts. Airlume is the highest quality combed and ring-spun cotton you can get.
It uses long cotton staples, meaning less stray fibers and a smoother print surface
It’s dyed in L.A. using the most eco-friendly dyes and 7x less water than the average garment manufacturer
- It has 2.5x less impurities than standard ring-spun cotton
The only exception are t-shirts featuring the Dark Heather color, where we use a mix of 52% Airlume combed and ring-spun cotton and 48% poly.
Are your t-shirts really premium?
Hash, yes! We use the premium Bella + Canvas 3001 cotton fabric, so they’re soft and light, with just the right amount of stretch.
All t-shirts are side-seamed, with shoulder taping for extra durability, and pre-shrunk (no washing machine surprises).

Where are your t-shirts made?
Our blank t-shirts are sourced from Guatemala, Nicaragua, Mexico, Honduras, or the USA. We promise you they’re 🌱100% eco-friendly & definitely no sweatshops.
Our printed t-shirts are made in several fulfillment centers around the world, so we can deliver them to you as fast as possible - the USA, Lithuania, Spain, Australia.
How do you print your t-shirts?
All our t-shirts are printed using DTG (Direct-to-Garment) printing. Through this process, speciality inks (water-based and eco-friendly) are absorbed in the fibers of the t-shirt, producing a smooth print and vibrant colors that stay true after numerous washing and wearing cycles.
Why does my new t-shirt smell funny?
As an exception, darker color t-shirts are printed on a white underbase, to make the colors pop. In this case, the print texture will feel just a bit rubbery - but definitely nothing like a vinyl print.
It’s probably from the deodor-ants! Poor joke aside, it’s just a temporary effect of the fixation agent* that’s applied during the printing process. It will go away after your t-shirt’s first wash.
*Fixation agents are used for all DTG prints across the industry. They’re used to help the ink bond with the fabric, and without them, the ink would flake off the garment.
Will my t-shirt shrink?
It definitely shouldn’t. Our Bella + Canvas 3001 t-shirts are pre-shrunk, exactly to avoid any bad surprises from your washing machine.

What’s the difference between unisex and normal t-shirts?
Unisex t-shirts are designed to offer a flattering, relaxed fit to both men and women. As a result, there are a few differences between a unisex t-shirt and other cuts:
- slightly longer sleeves
- wider bust
overall longer (t-shirt height)

Who makes your t-shirt designs?
Our t-shirt designs are created by our very own ONCHAIN Wear design crew - Vlad & Octavian. They’re both long-run blockchain designers, having created visual identities for a lot of old-school & new-school blockchain projects (think Metamask, Cellarius, UJO Music, SingularDTV or Gitcoin for starters).
Why do you only sell blockchain-themed designs?

Can I order a custom swag design?
Definitely yes, if you’re a product, team or company acting in the blockchain multiverse. We’d be excited to help you visually communicate with your current & future fan base. Can I sell my own designs in your store?

Orders & payment
How do I place an order?
Once you’ve added items to your shopping cart, click on the Cart button (top menu) and select “Proceed to checkout”. Check that the items in your shopping cart are correct (color, size, amount) and fill in your shipping information, to proceed to payment.
Be sure to also add a valid email address, as we’ll use it to send you all the updates regarding your order (payment confirmation, fulfillment and shipping status).
Once in the Payment step, you just need to add your payment method details, and submit your order.
We’ll follow up with email updates as we process your order.
How can I cancel my order?
To cancel your order, send us your request at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible. (preferably in the first few hours since you ordered).
Please know that we can only cancel orders before our fulfillment process begins (usually on the same day). All our orders are custom made, meaning we start producing your personalized items (color, size, design) once we receive your order.
We don’t hold a stock inventory of our products.
Why do I see pay taxes in my checkout?
The product prices and shipping costs shown on our site already include taxes. For clarity, we also show the value of these taxes in your checkout view.
We apply taxes (for items & shipping) on all orders received from customers in Europe. We do so in accordance with applicable commercial laws and practices.

Will I have to pay customs tax for my order?
It depends on your country’s governing trade laws. We recommend checking this information with your local authorities, as different countries apply different rules and tax values.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept a variety of payment methods:

How can I see your prices in another currency?
All credit card and Apple Pay payments are securely processed by Stripe.
Click on the wallet icon (top menu) and set your currency of choice - US Dollar, GBP or Euro.
Fulfillment & delivery
Do you deliver items from stock?
We don’t hold a stock inventory. All our items are produced and delivered on demand, tailored to your order.
How long does it take to fulfill my order?
COVID-19 Update: The ongoing pandemic is affecting our supply chain, and we regularly update our fulfillment times. As of July 29th, 2020, fulfillment times are:
Europe: 2-7 business days
USA: 8-15 business days
It usually takes 2 - 7 business days to fulfill your t-shirts. Please note that this does not include shipping times.
How long will it take to deliver my order?
COVID-19 Update: The ongoing pandemic is affecting the activity of our distributors and shipping carriers, and we regularly update our delivery times. As of July 22nd, 2020, delivery delays are affecting the following routes:
Standard Postal Service
Europe: 9 - 20 days in addition to regular shipping times
USA: 5 - 15 days in addition to regular shipping times
Worldwide: 1-3 days in addition to regular shipping times

What shipping methods do you offer?
Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide, using our decentralized network of fulfillment and carrier centers. Your order will be routed to the fulfillment center that’s closest to your delivery address, for the best possible shipping times.
We offer standard postal services (flat local fees) and express shipping (higher cost, faster delivery).
Express shipping costs are calculated during checkout, based on your location. For standard postal services check the guide below.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped we’ll send you an email to let you know that your package is on its way. This email will also include your order tracking number - for both standard postal services and express shipping (couriers).
Returns & refunds
My product is faulty - how can I get another one?
😳We’re hoping this never happens to you, but if it does, please get in touch with us at email@example.com and help us understand what went wrong.
We’ll replace your faulty product with one that you can really enjoy, as soon as possible.
What’s your refund policy?
Our refund policy is that we want you to be happy with your ONCHAIN Wear experience. Whether that means replacing your faulty product, or refunding you altogether, we’re here to work it out for you.

How fast can I get my money back?
It usually takes 5-10 working days for the refund money to reach your account.
