Our easy return & refund policy

Every order is custom made, based on your design, size and color choices. We have high expectations, and do our best so that every package we ship is a bundle of joy for you. But sometimes life happens.

These are our backup solutions, to make it up to you when our nodes don’t align.


 

Returns

If your order proves to be wrong, the print doesn’t look as you expected, the size isn’t right, or it just doesn’t put a 😃 on your face, drop us a line at contact@onchain-wear.com and we’ll work it out for you.

A few things to keep in mind:

  • You can return your entire order, or just the item(s) you’re not so thrilled about.
  • Returns are possible for 30 days after delivery.
  • The label on the item(s) you’re returning must be intact. You can send the item(s) back in either the original packaging, or your own.


Faulty product returns


If the item you ordered has manufacturing defects - torn fabric, damaged print - we’ll refund it completely (shipping costs included). Alternatively, we can simply replace it with a brand new one, free of charge.
To do this, we’ll ask you to:

  • Send us photos of the faulty product
  • Return the product to us, to an address we’ll provide


Other return cases


If you wish to return an item for other reasons - wrong size, changed your mind, don’t like the design - we’ll refund its cost (shipping costs not included).
To do this, we’ll ask you to:

  • Tell us why you want to return the item
  • Return the product to us, to an address we’ll provide

Refunds

We’ll process your refund as soon as we receive your package.

A few things to keep in mind:

  • We’ll send you an email notification the second we process your refund.
  • Your money will be refunded to the same payment method you used to place your order.
  • It usually takes 5-10 working days for the money to reach your account.
    Occasionally (but rarely in our experience), extra delays may occur due to payment processors. If that happens send us a message at contact@onchain-wear.com and we’ll check it out for you.
  • We can’t offer refunds for your shipping costs (except for faulty product returns).


Cancellations

Sometimes the best way to work out a problem is to just cancel it. 🥠

You can avoid all the return hassle by simply cancelling your order anytime before we fulfill it - in the first few hours after you place it. To cancel your order, send our crew your request at contact@onchain-wear.com, and we’ll sort it out for you. 

A few things to keep in mind:

  • Cancellations are generally possible only on the same day you placed your order. Preferably in the next few hours. (We can’t cancel orders once they start being fulfilled.)
  • After we cancel your order, we’ll also issue your refund (on the same day).
  • It usually takes 5-10 working days for the money to reach your account.

  • We offer full refunds for cancelled orders (shipping costs included).
